  • Implementation is streamlined.

    Partner teams guide employers through onboarding, align the enhancement with existing payroll and provide employees with all required information. No changes are made to current health insurance, and internal administrative impact remains minimal.

  • The underlying program is fully insured, with filings reviewed at the state level and legal oversight provided by recognized counsel. Employers and decision makers should obtain independent tax and legal advice prior to implementation.
